Having fitted our new Church Pine floor in our kitchen, we are absolutely over the moon. In comparison to what we had before, the difference in the warmth underfoot is incredible, and it’s even blocked out the draft from the cellar below! A very happy customer. We love it!! – Kirsty, Southampton

Happy New Year from Harvey Maria!

Wow, what a year we’ve had! Now that we’ve finally recovered from that 3rd bowl of pudding on Christmas day, we thought we’d take some time to look back on the past 12 months, and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

2015 was the year we said hello to our wonderful new design partner, Dee Hardwicke. Dee’s gorgeous, petal-inspired Lattice design has become a firm favourite with interior designers, architects and customers alike. It also joined other designs from Neisha Crosland and Cath Kidston, along with the brand new Premium Wood and Little Bricks, to form our unique ‘Signature’ range. Based around the simple idea of ‘unified design’, our coordinated Signature flooring palettes are the perfect way to easily create decor that flows seamlessly through your home.

We’ve worked with so many brilliant blogs this year, including (but by no means limited to) the fabulous One Kings Lane who used Little Bricks and Parquet from our Signature range in a beautiful bathroom makeover. We’d also like to thank Amanda from the Ana Mum Diary, who has chosen (and written about!) Harvey Maria flooring in both of her children’s bedrooms. She’ll also be using us in her hallway/downstairs bathroom in 2016, so watch this space. Thanks, Amanda!

Back in October, we were lucky enough to be involved in BBC’s DIY SOS ‘The Big Build’, which this year focussed on building a whole street of houses for homeless veterans in Manchester. Pretty impressive, I’m sure you’ll agree! It’s always a privilege to be able to show our support for projects like this, and we hope our contribution will continue to bring joy for many years to come.

We’ve had the opportunity to work with some fabulous stylists this year, the most recent being Charlotte Froud for the Ideal Home Show. Charlotte created a wonderfully festive yet achingly cool roomset, surrounding a Lattice feature area with Little Bricks in Forget-Me-Not. Earlier in the year, we also partnered with interior stylist and Morgeous blogger Sian Astley, who cleverly incorporated zoning (one of the year’s biggest flooring trends) into some stunning roomsets for Bath Empire’s television advert. But it’s not just professional stylists who have wowed us, either! We’re always impressed with the creativity of our customers, but this year you’ve truly excelled yourselves. Our customer flooring gallery has never been so full of stunning spaces, and you continue to inspire us to put design at the forefront of everything we do.

With all of this lovely stuff in 2015, as well as so much more we haven’t even talked about, we’re so excited to see what the coming year will bring. As always, we are so grateful to all of you for your continued support – and just to prove it, we’re giving you 15% off your flooring throughout January! Just enter the code ‘HAPPYFEET’ at the checkout. This offer is valid across our whole range (with the exception of our Signature range), so why not start the new year off right with a beautiful new look for your home? Shop the floor range here.

To all at Harvey Maria, Just thought you might like to see a photo (attached) of my finished kitchen extension fitted with fabulous Sandstone Harvey Maria flooring. It was lovingly fitted by me (a fifty something Grandma) the first time I have laid flooring, and has been down now for a couple of months. We are thrilled with it and everyone who sees it asks where we got such a gorgeous floor! All I can say is Thank you for a beautiful product that really completes the look of my kitchen. – Gail, Burton-on-Trent
